BIS Automated Travel Email
Instant generation of e-Ticket itinerary on the passenger’s email address. It offers extensive MIS available to analyze success and failure of itinerary email sent. PNR stored in the calendar automatically generates a pre-defined SMS on the passenger’s return. Eg: “Thank you for using Ivy Travels, We hope you had a nice journey, send us your comments at www.idealyvacationsivy.com”
E – ticketing Implementation
BIS system supports E-Tickets in which the customer prints their own tickets. E-Tickets can be bar-coded for validation at your event. E- Ticketing solution becomes beneficial for the airline as they assist in cost and labour savings, instant delivery to the customer, safe and secure due to bar-code provision etc.
E – FREQUENT FLYER PROGRAM (FFP)
This functionality facilitates airline to manage their Frequent Flyers loyalty system. Airline can define multiple membership levels (Tier) for the frequent flyers. Each tier can have various privileges for each tier level such as bonus miles, extra miles for various facilities like web check-in, extra baggage allowance and so on. It consists of a Dynamic Tier Review (DTR) system using which airline can define multiple Upgrade and Retention Criteria. DTR periodically reviews the Frequent Flyers status and upgrade/downgrade them accordingly without any human intervention. Airlines can define miles for earning while travelling and burning miles for redemption on various sectors class wise. Frequent Flyers can create their profile and define all preferences and system will provide a frequent flyer number using which they can login to the system and can view their status, account statement and use / burn (redeem) their miles to book tickets on any journey of their choice. Frequent Flyer can also claim their miles later, if they forgot to provide their frequent flyer number during the booking or check-in to claim miles for their journey. The system also provide various features like upgrading to the next tier level and if any frequent flyer does have that much miles in his / her account to pay the redemption ticket amount, he can use all his miles and pay the balance amount using credit card online or through cash at any of the airline ticketing counter. The frequent flyer programme helps airline to retain their frequent flyers, but also to increase new customers to fly more and more on the airline.
